About the Artist
My passion for art began when I was a young child. I have always been very attracted to many forms of art, creating in such mediums as large paintings in oils and acrylics, small altered books, encaustic, color studies, figure drawings, assemblage and collage.
Graduating from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco was just the beginning of my art adventures. I strive to continue to change and grow as my creative spirit leads me. Some of my best work has occurred when I work within a series.
My greatest satisfaction is found when I channel my vision and interpretation to the viewer and the viewer can truly feel as if they were there with me at the time the work was created. I enjoy sharing my vision and knowing that others enjoy it as well. Learning the practice of Mneme Therapy and working with people of who live with Alzheimers, autism and other disabilites to inspire their memory through artwork. She had opened the SF Peninsula Chapter, Art Without Boundaries. This direction lead Lisette to become a Preschool teacher working in several preschools along the SF Peninsula.
